Abstract

PLA為應用潛力佳的生物基可降解高分子,惟韌性與耐熱性不足,本計畫藉由摻混熱塑性彈性體(TPEE)配合scCO2發泡,開發PLA為基材的摻合體/奈米複合材料與發泡體,改善PLA弱點;同時,研究多成份塑/橡膠系統之「摻混/發泡條件-相形態-物理性質」關係。研究中,高耐熱/韌性之TPEE與PLA形成摻合體(配合相容化劑)後,將以奈米碳黑、奈米碳管及石墨烯薄片為填充劑,製備摻合體為基材之奈米複合材料與發泡體。計畫重點在於釐清奈米複合材中填充劑選擇性分散效應及組成比例,對scCO2發泡行為的影響,探討是否有選擇性發泡現象出現;期望藉由計畫執行,獲得掌控樣品泡體結構與物理性質之關鍵原理,以利後續應用。
