Abstract

磨削加工是精密機械加工一環,為最後一道去除材質方式之製程,若能開發一具高磨削能力電鍍刀具,實驗結果與製程分析,將可以提供給相關業界參考,可提升國內精密加工能力。實驗及分析結果亦可以在學術性發表,這在執行類似計畫時,已發表五篇論文於相關SCI期刊,可以看出此製程及評估方式是被學術性肯定的。本計畫擬簡化製程製作電鍍刀具含一層高密度鑽石,透過製程參數調整與修改,期望能獲得一高磨削能力之電鍍鑽石磨削刀具。
