Abstract
PBS具備永續可分解特性,性質類似聚乙烯,惟韌性與耐熱性不足,本計畫藉由調控配方/混煉製程並配合scCO2發泡,開發PBS為基材的摻合體/奈米複合材料與發泡體,提升PBS功能性;同時,研究多元高分子系統之「加工條件-微相形態-物理性質」關係。性質優異的TPEE與PEBA熱塑性彈性體將分別與PBS形成增韌型摻合體(配合相容化劑),並以奈米碳管及有機改質黏土為填充劑,製備摻合體為基材之奈米複合材料與發泡體。計畫重點在於釐清組成配方與填充劑選擇性分散效應,對複合材性質與scCO2發泡行為/結構的影響;藉由計畫執行,獲得掌控最佳化PBS摻合體/複合材/泡體物理性質之原理。
