Abstract

擴散張量血管周隙參數可以反映大腦膠狀淋巴系統功能,與帕金森氏症患者的認知能力下降有關。但是血管周隙參數測量再現性不佳。為了提供更準確的測量,我們建議使用一種基於神經纖維追蹤術的定量參數。本計畫建議使用基於體素纖維來測量血管周隙參數,以改善其測量之再現性。我們將建立體素纖維分析血管周隙參數之流程,並且檢查此參數於健康受試者之再現性及在帕金森氏症診斷表現,並進一步釐清帕金森氏症患者之認知能力下降與此血管周隙參數間之關係。因為動作障礙合併認知缺陷將會大幅提升病患照護難度,使得病患的預後惡化,所以能在早期鑑別診斷帕金森氏症及偵測合併認知功能轉換,對於醫療介入的方式有重大的影響。
