Abstract

神經科學與臨床腦部疾病是國際上積極關注之議題,磁振造影非侵襲性之優點,是作為腦科學研究的主力,其中擴散磁振造影是人腦神經纖維連結及組織微結構造影最重要的工具,全球重要人腦研究計畫,皆納入擴散磁振造影收集影像數據。本計畫擬定研究之Fixel-Based Analysis為當前最先進的擴散磁振影像分析技術,能提供腦神經纖維密度之量化測量,在國際上已廣泛應用於包含思覺失調、自閉症等精神疾病,中風、阿茲海默及帕金森氏症等腦神經疾病,以期探索疾病成因與病理機轉,本計畫將對此方法進行完整之系統性評估與最佳化,將能有效提升未來研究與相關推論之精確性及可靠度,為台灣和全球正蓬勃發展的腦科學領域作出具體貢獻。
