Abstract

本計畫將提供一個高靈敏度的表面增強拉曼光譜(SERS)檢測平台,並結合共軛焦顯微成像技術,針對所開發出不同種類的多層奈米結構基板進行三維mapping量測與分析,預期在具有高度撓曲特性的軟性基板上製作三維奈米結構以提升熱點區域與拉曼光譜訊號,作為超低偵測極限的SERS感測器,未來可應用於帕金森式症(Parkinson's disease,PD)患者的用藥癒後分析與早期診斷上,直接測試血漿中PD最關鍵的生物標誌物—α-synuclein蛋白。預計產出一項新型商品化產品—超敏感三維結構晶片,並在完成臨床收案比對後,將可以建構完整的智慧型測試系統與APP。
