Abstract
此研究計畫的目的為探討電子支付中，使用者願意使用刷臉支付的前因，以及這些前因對刷臉支付的影響機制。第一個研究的目的是挖掘資訊安全的核心知識，第二個研究的目的是以調查法收集資料，並採用結構方程模式來檢驗研究模式，第三個研究的目的是以混合方法（質化+量化）檢驗刷臉支付之整體成因。本研究結果的預期影響，在學術上，此研究計劃將能夠創新地解釋使用者對刷臉支付之形成，並對這些理論進行情境化(contextualize)的延伸，使相關理論更為完備。在實務上，探討這個議題的研究可以釐清刷臉支付對使用者的影響，提供管理者強化使用者使用刷臉的方式支付款項，以建構更緊密連結的電子支付、提升組織在商業上的競爭力。
