精細定位台灣人第一型內質網氨肽酶特殊基因變異並探討與第一類人類白血球組織抗原(HLA-A B C)之相互作用與細胞表現途徑不同活化功能影響。了解臨床病人疾病嚴重度造成生活功能影響及探討治療效果之重要決定因素。給予更積極更適合性之免疫調節治療與追蹤, 以迅速減緩僵直性脊椎炎病程之發展和減輕疾病之嚴重程度。
