Abstract

口腔癌為發生在口腔部位之惡性腫瘤,根據我國衛生福利部統計口腔癌占國人男性腫瘤死亡原因第四位,好發於40歲青壯年男性族群,死亡平均年齡約55歲比其他癌症提早10年,健保將口腔黏膜檢查納入預防保健的補助,可見口腔癌於國人的重要性。本研究收集口腔癌病患進行基因檢測,深度頗析國人口腔癌基因圖譜變異與致癌基因之生物調節路徑,篩選出個人專一性的癌化突變特徵,建立口腔癌動物模式與細胞模式,執行腫瘤生物學研究與建立新穎口腔癌治療之策略,此研究成果可以了解口腔癌致癌的機轉與提出個人化治療新契機,並利用人源化腫瘤異種移植動物模式更能反映病人基因特徵與測試藥物療效,本研究將可以提出關鍵性口腔癌致癌機轉與治療準則。
