Abstract

非酒精性脂肪肝患者已蔚為台灣甚至全世界肝病的最大族群。本計畫在學術上提供創新而全面的研究切入構想,可望揭示非酒精性脂肪肝與性別有關而可靠的非侵入性生物標記及有效治療方向。而研究的成果則可運用在此病的有效篩檢,相關重症的預防與治療。除可大大減少社會因非酒精性脂肪肝支出的健康成本外,也可因篩檢套組及藥物的研發促進整體經濟發展。
