Abstract

膀胱纖維化與癌化是國人重大疾病。計畫主要將模擬糖尿病下高糖尿對膀胱基質與癌細胞之影響。藉由探討葡萄糖標靶基因之表現,功能與調控機制於人類膀胱細胞來探索與人類膀胱纖維化與癌化有關之因子。經由研究葡萄糖標靶基因之分子機制,期能抑制膀胱纖維化與癌化之形成,並提供新的藥物篩檢因子與有關膀胱疾病診斷與治療方向。
