Abstract

這項研究旨在探討新世代醫師的工作壓力、社會支持與工作績效之間的關係，希望為教育者和體系管理者提供洞見。我們期望超越傳統的課程設計和評測方式，以及專科選配的傳統思維，以滿足新世代醫師的職場需求。這不僅能有效提升醫院、企業組織和臨床教學成效，還能透過學員的學習結果反思教育現場的改進，實現雙贏。同時，我們希望學術上能發展一套實用的問卷，更有效地收集年輕醫師在工作壓力、社會支持和工作績效方面的量性回饋。這將有助於未來醫學教育中的課程設計，根據不同時空、畢業學校和臨床場域，實現學員的工作壓力、社會支持和工作績效的精準配對。透過研究的外推性和可行性，我們可在不同培訓醫院中建立符合需求的教育方式。
