Abstract

本計畫探討血管緊張素II, 缺氧誘導因子1-alpha(HIF-1α), L型鈣離子通道關聯性在心房顫動連結幾轉及作用。HIF-1α在細胞對低氧水平的反應中起著關鍵作用,並參與了多種生理和病理途徑,包括左心房的纖維化重塑,為AF的起始和傳播提供基質。但HIF-1α是否在AF的心房細胞電氣性重塑角色則未明。本研究旨在確定HL-1細胞和心房纖維母細胞中及HIF-1α剃除或過度表達小鼠模型探討Ang II、HIF-1α、LTCC和其他鈣處理蛋白質之間的確切結合位點或訊號傳遞路徑 通過研究HIF-1α在AF和其與Ang II、LTCC和細胞鈣信號的相互作用,我們希望探討通過HIF-1α抑制減少房顫風險
