Abstract

本計劃預期能研發出能對臨床血清中α-syn進行高靈敏度(LOD<4.5ag/ml)和高選擇性(AUC~100%)檢測表面電漿共振生物感測器,並能實現快速檢測(<15分鐘)和高通量的要求。此感測器有望能用作帕金森氏症的早期診斷或預後,並能滿足常規醫療檢測在臨床量表上的要求。此項目若成功,能及時介入及控制帕金森氏症的發展,不僅能改善老年人的生活質量和預期壽命,還能減輕社會的負擔(在台灣平均每年需花費四千八百萬美元用於治療帕金森),實爲利國利民之舉。
