Abstract

本計畫將利用動物模型與慢性腎臟病童的世代研究，在懷孕時產生慢性腎臟病誘發後代長大時出現高血壓與腎臟病，來研究程序化過程中硫化氫路徑、腸道菌叢產生的尿毒素與代謝產物、與腎臟程序化交互作用產生的機轉，我們的結果將針對硫化氫路徑開發新的反轉程序化治療策略，以促進婦幼健康進而減輕日後台灣沉重的健康照護負擔。
