Abstract

利用穩定同位素化學標籤法進行代謝體,具有高靈敏度及高定量準確度的優點。但所面臨的最大問題,就是經過化學衍生化的代謝物所取得的質譜數據,只能以代謝物的測量分子量推測其身份,錯誤率非常高。本計畫將利用管柱後衍生化技術,同步取得單一代謝物分子衍生化前後之二次質譜圖。衍生化前之二次質譜數據可對現行資料庫資進行比對以得知代謝物身份;衍生化後之二次質譜數據則可以用於建構研究者個人所需之資料庫。我們所建立的分析技術以及代謝體資料庫將有助於提高代謝體分析的進展速度。
