Abstract

全世界預估有一千萬帕金森氏症患者,過去主流使用藥物治療雖可改善其症狀,但長期用藥容易產生如異動症或藥效波動等副作用。使用外科手術植入深腦電刺激除成本較高外,另有感染風險與電極阻抗增加而使功效下降。過去研究發現以Gamma頻段之不同聲光感覺刺激對神經退化性疾病有其治療潛力。本研究欲驗證此多感官Gamma刺激模式之神經調控效果、生理機制以及探討此模式之臨床治療效益。如研究成果能確認其治療效果與機制,未來將能轉譯至臨床,成為帕金森氏症或其他神經退化性疾病之創新治療手段。
