Abstract

全世界約有超過六百萬帕金森氏症患者,過去使用藥物治療雖可改善其症狀,但長期用藥容易產生副作用。使用外科手術植入深腦電刺激具有感染風險與電極阻抗增加會使功效下降。本研究新創一種能產生更好的神經調控效果之經顱陣發電刺激模式,應用此模式於帕金森氏症大鼠模型中來探討此治療之生理機制與功效。如研究成果能確認治療效果與機制,將能轉譯至臨床做為此疾病創新治療方式。
