Abstract

The purpose of this subject is set up a measurement technology for the reliability analysis of solar cell. Recently, the solar cell can be easily applied in the usual life due to the advance of fabrication technique. The III-V compound can be deposited onto silicon substrate that will be helpful to lower the fabrication cost. Therefore, the lifetime and reliability of solar cell is more and more important. In this subject, the accelerated aging analysis will be processed to understand the appearance of defect and degradation. The solar cell will be operated in the environment which is more serious than the usual operation. Through this analysis, we can find out the problem of solar cell during the fabrication process in a short time. Furthermore, base on the measurement result, the performance of solar cell will be improved. Through the subject processing, the member who present in this subject can be trained to understand the fabrication process, operation mechanism, and the basic physics of solar cell. Moreover, this subject will facilitate to develop a standard accelerated aging measurement system that is lack for the solar cell. This subject also can promote the investigation of academic. It also provides a new energy for the world that is very important, especially when the oil is going to run out. With proceeding of this subject that will help to promote the development of economy.
