Abstract
本研究探討市場競爭與醫療品質的關係。本研究透過公開品質資訊網的資訊，裡面詳列所有院所的所在地(與經緯度)，進而準確建構每一家醫療院所的固定半徑市場範圍。此外，透過雙重機器學習(double machine learning, DML)，使用部分線性迴歸(partial linear regression)模型設定，以避免傳統函數模型已知的設定所可能造成的模型設定偏誤(biasedness of model misspecification)，同時也根據雙重機器學習估計市場競爭對醫療品質的影響，以解決市場競爭的內生性。
