Abstract

本計畫為全台灣率先從執行科學的角度,評量在臨床復健場域中執行一具有實證研究基礎的上肢漸進式復健方案,對中風患者上肢功能之療效與執行成效。研究成果將有助於加速實證醫學於臨床之應用、了解實證復健於臨床場域應用的過程與決定因子、並提供中風復健研究之重要實證。計畫中研究團隊與臨床醫師及治療師的合作模式,可做為未來實證醫學於臨床轉譯之重要範例,不僅可促進研究學者和臨床人員之溝通合作,更進一步縮小研究與臨床之距離、改善中風復健成效和提升整體專業發展。此外,本研究中所使用之上肢漸進式復健方案,未來經由調整將可轉型為遠距復健,提升偏鄉復健之可及性或在疾病大規模流行時(如:新冠肺炎)作為醫院復健的替代方案。
