Abstract

透過本研究,我們可以了解教師在課程學習後的實際運用情形,以及無法運用相關技巧的因素。並且在滾動式的課程修正當中,尋找到最適合台灣臨床教師在輔導學生中所需的相關課程,借以提供相關單位位來開設師資培育相關課程時做為參考。此外,我們也將尋找出適合臨床教師的支持團體模式,用以培養新手輔導教師可在同儕當中吸取經驗和支持,避免產生壓力與焦慮等過度的心理負荷。
