Abstract

A型流感病毒(IAV) 已知能夠造成致死性的感染。其所表現的NS2蛋白質參與調控病毒mRNA 轉錄與cRNA合成，以及幫助新合成的病毒基因體運送出細胞核進行組裝。此外，NS2的調控功能也讓禽鳥類A型流感病毒能夠跨越物種屏障感染人，造成嚴重疫情。因此，研究NS2的表現量如何在後轉譯過程受到調控，影響病毒形成過程，將有助於了解A型流感病毒如何有效產生的機制，進而能夠研發藥物控制A型流感病毒感染與疫情的擴散。
