Abstract

我們旨在建立一個細胞為主的研究管道，系統地研究正單鏈RNA病毒在宿主細胞內時間以及空間上調控病毒複製的機制。我們的目標是：˙我們將針對進行轉錄或複製的vRNP的全蛋白質體進行組成分析；˙我們將探討宿主細胞基因體在病毒感染後的及時變化，並評估其對病毒複製的影響；˙我們將闡明在病毒複製階段中所組成的不同vRNP具有的時間空間特性。這個實驗平台將來可用於任何新興的RNA病毒，並為抗病毒開發提供學理基礎。
