Abstract

分泌型小分子核糖核酸可經由細胞外囊泡去調控宿主基因表現,並參與病原菌致病過程。另一方面,在寄生性線蟲與宿主之交互作用中也扮演重要角色。目前在廣東住血線蟲相關研究中,分泌型小分子核糖核酸之身份與功能性都尚未明瞭,有待深入探討。本研究欲建立分泌型小分子核糖核酸轉錄體資料庫並釐清在調節宿主反應中之角色,並探討與宿主間之相互作用。之後配合先前研究,利用小鼠模式進行目標分泌型小分子核糖核酸結合苯甲醛對於廣東住血線蟲症治療策略之評估,並探討分子機制。本研究有助於以分泌型小分子核糖核酸為標的,結合不同藥物為廣東住血線蟲症或其他腦部疾病提供臨床上潛在的治療策略。
