治療師或家長們常使用調整環境或任務方式來提供早期介入,但這些調整方案常採試誤方式進行。若有具體的環境調整指引,或許更能提升兒童的發展潛力和親子關係。先前隨機分派研究已證實站姿式玩具車訓練有助於增進動作發展遲緩幼兒的移行和社會心理功能,而輕型頭戴式眼動儀的應用結果,進一步支持這些幼兒在電動移行訓練中的注視表現,有著與同齡典型發展幼兒類似的趨勢。為了提供更結構化的環境調整和訓練原則,藉由先前幼兒眼動追蹤資料的啟發,本研究將採電動移行訓練結合特定環境特徵的方式,藉由輕型頭戴式眼動儀分析此訓練對於動作發展遲緩幼童的影響。研究成果將有助於確認早期電動移行訓練的關鍵環境因素,並做為未來推廣應用的實證資料。
