Abstract

Since the concept of technology about live system, Konppix Linux, was introduced in 2000, the study about its application steadily increases. The purpose of this project describes as follows: a) building environment for doing scientific computation, especially on the topic of differential equation solvers, by integrated open-source software; b) support both user-friendly desktop working environment with interactivity and web computing environment through internet; c) support related live platform. Stochastic differential equations (SDE) models play a promiment role in a range of application areas, including mathematics, physics, bio;ogy, finances etc. We intend to implement the SDE solvers, sympolic and numeric, and visulization tools with computer language Python and its modules.
