Abstract

本研究透過結合遠距復健及數位健康科技，深入探討對早期帕金森氏症個案的長短期介入方案成效，預期影響如下。首先，本研究對個案設計最佳化的個別化遠距復健方案，並針對目前研究較少探討的上肢功能與日常生活活動訓練，結合自我管理方案，設計出完整的遠距復健計畫。前驅研究已確認此方案的可行性與個案滿意度，並編撰線上居家練習手冊，能提升臨床實務應用價值及，未來相關研究的參考。此外，研究成果提供高證據力的遠距復健成效實證。採用隨機對照試驗，系統性比較不同組別的長短期成效。最後，探討長期監測與追蹤需求，結合數位健康科技持續追蹤個案進展。此方法將能有效解決治療師人力分配的問題並提升治療的一致性，嘉惠許多個案。
