Abstract

心臟衰竭影響美國約 600 萬人,全球約 6500 萬人。與 HF 相關的發病率和死亡率導致了巨大的臨床、社會和經濟負擔。雖然在急性期的治療方式已日漸成熟,然而,在接受治療後的慢性病人,後續的長期追蹤仍欠缺一個好的評估及治療策略。本研究結合多體學苯丙胺酸代謝評估與人工智慧海量資料分析技術,結合新穎生物標誌物及人工智慧運算預後之模型,優化心臟衰竭風險評估和治療決策,並進行再驗證。本研究企圖應用研究成果融入臨床醫療決策樹中的多個關鍵點,協助決策並導入相對應的治療,為心臟衰竭病人提供更精準的代謝評估與臨床管理工具,從而改善病人的生活品質,並降低疾病相關的死亡率與住院率。
