Abstract

目前無分子可用於尿液進行非侵入式篩檢腎臟癌,且缺乏系統性生物標誌驗證。此研究為首次系統性評估及比較大量尿液生物標誌用於腎細胞癌診斷及預後評估,並建立偵測多個尿液及組織蛋白質含量之標靶定量分析流程及技術平台,透過人工智慧演算法之深度神經網路,找出與未鑑定身分之代謝物群表現具相關性之蛋白質群體,以探索未發現的生物途徑。測試是否可用於腎細胞癌診斷、術後檢測癌細胞殘留、監測高風險族群的復發與轉移風險。我們預期建立質譜檢測平台及人工智慧模型,開發快速檢測系統,腎細胞癌非侵入式示警、預防及個人化治療。希望在未來協助醫生整合現有腎細胞癌診斷工作,以更為病人友善的非侵入式方法管理疾病及預後,提升精準健康管理。
