Abstract

氣喘是孩童最常見的慢性疾病，而預防及長期控制是中止氣喘的關鍵。在我們先前研究發現，一些腸道微生物菌叢以及特殊微生物族群的代謝物與早期孩童氣喘的發作有關。因此，充分了解血液、糞便代謝圖譜、腸道微生物菌叢與過敏原細胞免疫間的關係，相信會對未來氣喘的預防與治療提供另外的契機。
