Abstract

本計劃將研究國人最常見的兩種婦癌--子宮內膜癌與卵巢癌--的腫瘤免疫微環境:我們將釐清不同病理分類以及不同分子型別的婦癌是否具有特異的免疫微環境;將找尋與各類婦癌預後相關的免疫微環境;並探討腫瘤基因體變異與免疫微環境的交互作用。目前癌症治療進入免疫療法蓬勃發展的時代,我們預期藉由此計畫得到更多能幫助婦癌病患與醫師選擇昂貴免疫療法的資訊,以降低婦癌造成的社會經濟成本。此計畫所建構之數位病理流程,將有助於未來臨床上對腫瘤免疫微環境的評估,預期具有實務上的價值。學術上,我們預期研究基因體變異與免疫微環境的關聯性能夠提供新線索來找出改變免疫微環境的治療標靶。
