Abstract

本計畫的目的在深入了解抗藥性菌株的生物學及分子特性,建立形態及分子鑑定和預測抗藥性的網路平台。此研究成果,有助於了解角鯊烯環氧化酶在皮癬菌抗藥性扮演的角色,而建立的抗藥性篩檢網路系統,將可大幅縮短臨床醫師取得檢驗結果的時間,選用合適的藥物,避免過度使用單一藥物導致新的抗藥性。此系統除了能解決目前臨床面臨的迫切問題之外,結合奈米孔定序技術的鑑定平台能同時處理大量檢體,非常適合進行大規模的流行病學追蹤之用。
