Abstract

本研究為3年期計畫，研究目的為建構智慧個案管理平台並結合人工智慧與深度學習，辨識肝臟移植病人在自我管理的需求特徵與型態，確認個別化需求，透過平台提供個別化的自我管理指導，以提升肝臟移植病人的自我效能與自我管理，進而改善臨床成果及生活品質。本計畫提出的人工智慧與深度學習的創新應用議題，在實務界目前尚在起步階段，將能透過跨專業領域合作整合醫療、護理、與工程各項創新技術的導入與整合來有效提升醫療護理端對病人手術後的自我管理，加強照護的個別性、可及性及持續性，提升照護品質，未來可以循此模式推廣於其他器官移植領域。
