Abstract

青光眼乃全球重大致盲眼疾之一。由於文明社會工作模式常導致用眼過度，該病症之年輕化尤須格外重視。隨著國人平均壽命延長，此類慢性病之健康照護需求必大幅增加。本計畫所開發之青光眼治療藥物傳輸系統不僅可擴增生醫材料學術專業，同時亦頗具市場規模與商化潛力。計畫衍生之新穎藥物劑型也將有助於提升社會醫療照護效益。
