Abstract
本研究旨在研發與測試適合國內婦癌個案性健康學習與諮詢需求之「智慧化婦癌性健康LillyBot諮詢系統」，並驗證其介入成效，以改善婦癌婦女性健康。根據需求評估結果，應用跨理論模式，進行「智慧化婦癌性健康LillyBot諮詢系統」開發與測試。為驗證其在婦癌個案之性健康介入成效，以「前瞻性隨機化實驗控制研究（Prospective and Random control trials）、單盲 (single blind) 設計，進行LillyBot介入成效驗證。
本研究結果除能評估當前婦癌婦女數位性健康訊息需求與性行為，所研發之婦癌性健康電子測量工具:「行動裝置輔助病人自述測量模組 ( mHealth-assisted PROM module)」可提供便捷的病人數位資料收集與整合病人性健康紀錄與數位測量資料功能，所研發之具備專業性、資料安全性、信任性的「性健康諮詢機器人 ( Ms. Lilly)」，將是全球第一個具備實證與理論基礎的婦癌性健康諮詢機器人。
