Abstract

本計畫的目的是研究AhR和溶酶自噬在蘭格罕氏細胞的交互作用在抓癢性皮膚發炎性疾病（包括異位性皮膚炎和乾癬）的角色，以及蘭格罕氏細胞如何在空間與生化機轉上調控表皮內神經纖維的形成及癢覺機轉。本計畫完成後，我們將發現抓癢性皮膚病的LC活化如何受AhR活化和動態溶酶自噬相互作用調控，以及發現LC中的AhR和溶酶自噬如何促進軸突發育和癢覺的形成。這些機轉可提供開發針對LC中的AhR或溶酶自噬治療搔癢性皮膚病病的較為專一的治療的理論及病生理機轉。
