Abstract

本計畫以中風後認知損傷者為對象，利用功能核磁造影的派典驗證認知儲備能力理論的主要假設；同時也一併釐清中風後憂鬱與認知儲備力在腦損傷與認知缺損之關係間的角色。若研究結果支持認知儲備能力的調節作用與憂鬱在此關係中的定位，不僅可以進一步發展神經可塑性對患者認知表現的研究，也可能有助於為患者治療復健方案提供新的方向。
