Abstract

專業認同形成是個人專業核心價值與信仰內化的過程,也是醫學教育的目標。本研究之目的在於確認醫學系學生進入臨床前,早期導入醫師典範學習能夠提早建立臺灣醫學生專業認同。醫師專業認同能夠確立其專業屬性、信仰、價值,其形成的關鍵時刻始於學習初期,而動力來自於經驗、反思、回饋、與典範學習。本團隊先前之研究發現臺灣醫學生在進入臨床實習後才開始注意醫師典範,並且進入專業認同形成的第一階段(過渡期)。若能完成本研究,證實早期導入醫師典範學習能提早建立醫學生專業認同,在培養優良未來醫師的醫學教育上必定有所貢獻。而瞭解並建立其學習機制必能對醫學教育的學術發展帶來新方向。
