Abstract
本整合型計劃主要的目的在於研發適用於巴金森氏病患者之契合日常生活的虛擬場景實境，提升步態訓練的多樣性，改善病患的動作功能，並加強互動設計及步道調控與視覺提示導引，實現在實驗室模擬外界環境以分類與訓練病人。本研究的結果，對於了解巴金森氏病患者步態困難與環境互動，以及神經機制有所助益，研究結果，可直接應用於臨床檢測與復健，在學理上具有新穎性。此外，所發展的測量設備與訓練方法，在臨床上也具有極大的實用性。
