Abstract

瞭解冠狀動脈心臟病之分子病理機制及尋找一有效抑制心率不整、心肌梗塞及延緩心臟衰竭藥物一直是研究之目標。根據流病學家的統計發現適量的飲酒、特別是紅酒,能減少冠狀動脈心臟病之死亡率。這是因為紅酒中富含天然抗氧化物—resveratrol 與astringinin,本實驗室先前的研究結果證實astringinin 對活體動物左冠狀動脈缺血-再灌流所誘發之心室心律不整及心肌細胞損傷有保護作用。然而astringinin 是否透過直接影響心肌細胞之電生理特性故具抗心率不整作用,目前尚未釐清。故本研究計劃之目的為進一步探討astringinin 抗心率不整作用之機制。
