Abstract

胃癌是癌症死亡的主要原因之一，目前無論傳統化療用藥或新型標靶藥物都無法克服胃癌多重抗藥性的難題。本計畫旨在建立以胃癌人源腫瘤類器官模式鑑定跨膜藥物運輸蛋白家族成員及相關的訊息通路調控，提供克服藥物抗藥性的學理依據。
