正確無誤的分離對於細胞的存活與防止染色體變性具有重大關係,染色體分離缺失會造成包括癌症的多種遺傳性疾病,因此了解細胞分裂時染色體分離及胞質分裂的機制可增加吾人對相關疾病的了本計畫的研究成果,將可對一個尚未開發的新型蛋白質 FLJ25439 提供其參與細胞分裂有關的新視野,對生物醫學的研究發展建立拓展的 基礎。
