Abstract

本計畫研究成果蛋白質藥物治療異位性皮膚炎的策略,可提供未來臨床應用的轉譯證據,若可成功應用於臨床,將可顯著改善病患生活品質,進而改善人類的健康與生活。在社會方面,達到病患、醫院與保險體系多贏的局面;亦可預期此研究將促進異位性皮膚炎治療之發展,若進一步應用於其他過敏或自體免疫疾病致病機制的相關研究,對於學術圈也會是一大躍進。
