Abstract

新型冠狀病毒肆虐全球,疫情延燒推波助瀾了全球遠距醫療的推展,本研究探究影響採用智慧糖尿病足檢測系統的因素,了解糖尿病患者與醫療照護人員之間的觀點差異,並了解增加採用此創新醫材的促進與阻礙因素,探究價值共創結果,期在學術貢獻可提供嶄新理論架構,豐富臺灣研究原創性文獻並補足理論缺口。產業運用分面,研究成果對於糖尿病足遠距照護與醫材開發有更宏觀的設計與規劃,並期提升醫療照護之經濟效益,從而預防糖尿病足部潰瘍與改善糖尿病足部併發症與截肢的發生,滿足臨床未被滿足之需求,研究成果可增進醫療照護品質與降低醫療成本、加速學界與產業界之醫材研發之轉譯研究。
