Abstract

本研究擬合併台灣及美國全人口的醫療保險資料及氣溫資料,採用適當及完整的統計分析方法,調整氣溫和風險層級後比較台灣和美國人口的中風發生率。更重要的是建立淺顯易懂的模型,提供不同氣溫在各風險層級的中風發生預測率。研究結果希望能針對高風險族群(如:高齡、糖尿病、冠狀動脈疾病、慢性腎臟病、高血壓、高脂血症、心肌梗塞、心臟衰竭、周邊動脈閉塞症及心房顫動)依每日的氣溫預報來衡量自己中風發生的機率作出適當的行動(如:注意保暖、補充水分避免中暑等),進而降低中風的發生。
