Abstract

多重共病治療為未來社會面臨之嚴峻議題，本研究結合眾多國外生物資料庫的遺傳及表型資料，對骨關節炎之共病症進行探索及相關因果機制建立，進一步更解析基因異質性之角色。此外，提供新穎方式探究相關用藥之機制。期望能夠在現有模式上進行創新，建立更為重要且穩固的因果關係，並提供臨床基準指引，以深化骨關節炎及其共病症的遺傳學和流行病學研究基礎。
