Abstract

經由本研究，我們將更加了解胃癌的致病機，尤其是腫瘤演化的關鍵步驟。相關的研究成果，可以應用於臨床改善胃癌病人的治療處置與化療藥物的選擇。我們也可以發表相關重要的論文與發展標靶藥物，應用於生技醫藥發展，進而提高病人存活率，減輕胃癌對國家醫療的負擔與其造成的社會與經濟的傷害。
