Abstract

醫療專業人員廣泛認為食物-藥物相互作用可能導致藥物動力學和/或藥物動力學特性的變化,或導致副作用。因此我們有必要加強對食物-藥物相互作用的理解。透過利用虛擬篩選小分子天然物數據庫的方法,我們能系統性的分析那些能夠結合ABC蛋白的結構和骨架進行分析,並預測ABC蛋白介導的食物-藥物相互作用。
