Abstract

我們嘗試釐清MCP-1/CCR2信號軸與骨質疏鬆相關之細胞調控機制和影響糖尿病性骨鬆症的致病機轉,並藉由調控MCP-1/CCR2的表現來影響骨骼或關節處之炎性因子的傳導和平衡狀態,觀察MCP-1/CCR2信號軸影響糖尿病性骨病的表現與結果。完成本實驗,我們預期可以進一步釐清靶向MCP-1/CCR2信號軸成為治療糖尿病性骨質疏鬆症之潛力藥物的概念,協助改善現行糖尿病性骨鬆症的療效;甚或延伸至骨質疏鬆症的初級治療作業。
